The language files allow you to install a mod that will automatically update the default texts (the menu, links etc) into the chosen language automatically! But the text that you input as content through admin panel (text such as the main index page) needs to be manually translated and entered through the admin panel, there are no mods to translate the whole entire page as of now. To add content in other languages you will have to do the following steps.

1. Translate the English page into the language you want the randomizer display.
2. Login into your admin panel
3. Goto Site Content -> Language
5. Add the language code and description. For eg, in case you want to
add french as a language then enter the code as FR and description as
french.
6. Once you have added the language to the system goto Site Content ->
Edit Content
7. Select the language as english and the page in which you wish to
add content, copy paste your english content and click save.
8. Now again goto Site Content -> Edit content, this time select the
newly added language and the same content page. Copy paste the already
translated text and press save.

To add content to your site. Goto

Admin Panel -> Site Content -> Edit Content.

Choose the language and the page to add content. You will be presented with an online editor from where you can add the content. Once done click submit to save the content.

Index Page: The main page of your website
FAQ Page: FAQ Page
Join Page: The join_now page
Member Page: The members.php page where they put the username and password to login
Advertiser Page: The advertiser.php page where they put the username and password to login
Welcome Email: The email sent out to new members when they successfully signup.
Members::Home: The page members see just after logging in
Advertiser::Home: The page advertisers see just after logging in
Member:Promote: The promote page seen from member area. You can add the banners, affiliate url etc that members should use to promote the program.
Member:Download: You can add downloads for your members on this page.
